Chocolate Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Breakfast

Ingredients

2 ½ tsp fresh mint (chopped)

1 banana (~4 oz)

½ cups rolled oats (uncooked) (~1 ¾ oz)

1 tbsp chia seeds (~¼ oz)

½ cups Greek yogurt, plain (low-fat) (~5 oz)

1 ½ tsp honey or agave syrup (~⅓ oz)

optional: 1 ¾ tsp raw cocoa powder (~⅛ oz)

optional: ½ tsp cinnamon

optional: ½ tsp vanilla extract

optional: ¼ cups water

Directions

In a small bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, cinnamon, yogurt, honey, water, and vanilla.

Once combined, transfer the mixture to a mason jar or container with a lid and top with mint.

For best results, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. When ready to eat, top with sliced banana.

Can also be enjoyed immediately!
